Respect Copyright Law

You are not permitted to record or upload content protected by copyright unless you have received explicit permission from the copyright holder. This includes copyrighted texts, images, videos, or other media.

Respect for Privacy and Confidentiality

You must not record or share sensitive conversations or information that could violate privacy laws. This includes confidential exchanges, private discussions, or any other information protected by law from unauthorized recording or disclosure.

AI Note Taker does not tolerate and assumes no legal responsibility for any unauthorized recording or uploading of content that violates institutional policies, copyright laws, or privacy laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring your activities on the platform comply with all applicable legal and organizational requirements. By using our platform, you agree to indemnify AI Note Taker against any legal consequences arising from the unauthorized recording or distribution of material.

License to Use AI Note Taker Content

Provided you comply with these Terms of Use, AI Note Taker grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial, revocable, and non-transferable license to access and use the content on our platform for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only. You agree not to copy, record, or access content through automated means (e.g., scripts, bots, or data scraping tools) unless explicitly authorized in writing.

If you purchase a subscription or license to access AI Note Taker content, it is for individual use only and cannot be shared with others. We may apply reasonable limitations on access to protect against unauthorized use, including limits on duration, device usage, or the quantity of material accessed.

AI Note Taker Refund Policy

Refund Conditions: Refunds are generally accepted only within 30 days and under conditions such as non-excessive use, technical issues unresolved, or accidental/duplicate payments.
No Refunds for Inactive Accounts: Charges due to auto-renewal remain your responsibility if not canceled.
Refund Request Process: Email support with subject "Refund Request" and necessary details. We respond within 5–7 business days.
Pro-Rated Refunds: May apply when canceling mid-billing cycle.
Non-Refundable Cases: Requests after 30 days, promotional offers, monthly fees after 30 days, or ToS violations.
Payment Processing Time: 7–14 business days after approval.
Google Play Refunds: Within 48 hours, you may request via Google Play; otherwise contact us with Order Number.
